(Telecompaper) The number of homes passed by FTTH in France increased by a record 1.13 million in the second quarter to 15.58 million. That’s an increase of 32 percent year-on-year, but the roll-out needs to accelerate further, said regulator Arcep in its latest quarterly broadband report.
