(Telecompaper) Google is rebranding its Wi-Fi router under the Nest name, in an attempt to turn the device into a hub for the smart home. The new Nest Wifi offers a router with mesh networking points, as well as an integrated speaker in order to access the Google Assistant. The speaker is the same as the new Nest Mini, a rebrand of the Google Home Mini.
